BIP session at ESNI Conference

The Biomethane Industrial Partnership will launch the Task Force 5.2 report, titled “Novel Technology and Research Needs to Improve and Enable Enhanced Digestate Valorisation”, during the fifth edition of the ESNI Conference.
The Task Force 5.2 report focuses on leveraging research and innovation to enhance the transformation of nutrients and compounds present after the anaerobic digestion process in various waste-based substrates and biomasses (i.e., digestate) into plant-available mineral forms of NPK, energy sources, and value-added products with broad applications in several industrial sectors.
